General terms and conditions of the Apartments Stlarida

All you need to know for your booking and your stay with us in Val Gardena.

• Prices include VAT, service charges, bed linen, bathroom linen and one garage parking space per apartment. Wi-Fi internet access and final cleaning are also included in the price.


• A local tax of €2.90 per person per night is charged for each overnight stay and must be paid on site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.


• Check-in & Check-out
  Check-in from 14.00 to 20.00, check-out within 9.00. Please inform us of your expected arrival time the day before.


• A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer, which will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation (in accordance with art. 1386 f of the Italian Civil Code). The balance must be paid on arrival. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by bank transfer (please send a receipt).


• Cancellation charges are as follows:
  • up to 1 month before arrival date: 30% of the total package price
  • from 1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the total price
  • up to 1 week before arrival date: 100% of the total package price


• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.


• We recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance to protect yourself against cancellation fees.


• Pets are not allowed in our house.
